This is made by fermenting papaya fruits for at least 4 months to produce a rich yellow enzyme concentrate.
As it is a concentrate, it can be diluted to make a drink or can be consumed around 1 tablespoon a day. It contains the natural Papaya enzyme, papain as well as has probiotics benefits. It can also be used as a meat tenderiser.
It can be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or can be refrigerated.
