Description
Made from combining Bentong ginger and turmeric at a ratio of ginger:turmeric of 5:3, it can be turned into a drink by first mixing it with hot water and then further diluting it with either warn or cold water to make a drink of a temperature you desire. The mix also contains black pepper to increase the bioavailability of the curcumin. Can be sweetened with a sweetener of your choice.
Other ways to consume it include:
- Adding to other tea drinks for flavour
- Used in cooking sweet or savoury dishes
- Used as an ingredient in marinates
