Our most popular product, it is made by dehydrating organically grown torch ginger flowers that is harvested at optimal stage and packed in resealable packages.  It is great for those who would like to have torch ginger flowers readily available for their cooking as well as for taking it on those long stays abroad.  As we select flowers that are at its peak of flavour, just a bit goes a long way.  We only use our organically farm-grown flowers.

It can be stored at room temperature in a dry area, away from direct sunlight or it can be refrigerated.  Packed in resealable packages.  Stored properly, we suggest using it within 12 months.

Our dehydrated torch ginger has been taken abroad to Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Germany, Spain, USA, France, UK, Czech Republic, Australia and Qatar.

Each pack is 25 gm and contains approximately 8-10 torch ginger flowers..  It is available by mail order within Malaysia only.  Price is ex-farm and doesn’t not include any shipping, handling or carrying cost. Upon confirmation of order, the total price will be quoted along with payment instruction via bank transfer.

Please note: for shipping, once the order is made, we will update the order with the shipping charge for delivery within Malaysia and we will advise the payment instructions..  We do not ship out of Malaysia.  Once payment is made, the order will be shipped within 1-2 working days to the address indicated in the order.
